  • Hold on to an object to hang.
  • Keep body mostly straight and have arms completely exetend.
  • Bend your elbows as the shoulders squeeze together.
  • Lower the body to the starting position.

An individual grips an object to hang with at least one hand. Then vertically maneuver the body upward until elbows are the body, finally lowering the body until arms and shoulders are fully extended.
