  • Palms open and forward underneath the shoulders, arms straight, and elbows to side.
  • Bend the elbows, lowering the body to the ground as close as possible then return to the starting position.

Defined

A prone positioned individual supported by the hands and feet, lowers the body downward by bending the arms until the shoulder is leveled with the elbow, while keeping the head, the back, and the hip aligned, then maneuver the body upward by extending the arms.
