Onset Minute Training

Definition of Onset Minute Training (OMT)

A series that has a set time and at the start of every minute the movement or exercise begins for a certain amount of repetitions.

There can be multiple exercises assigned to a minute as well as alternating minutes, isometric, and assigning movements at an interval.
